The toilet paper dispensers better resemble Rapunzle's long flowing blonde hair or these forums are going to EXPLODE with frustration!

LOL. This thread was a good read. Patty you lost and your increasingly crazy posts make you look just that... Martin is one of the most respected posters here. You've been on the boards long enough to have known that. Obviously there is no "awards ceremony" to determine respected posters... no they do that by posting logical well thought out content and in Martin's case also posting some pretty amazing videos. Get over it. Good day sir.

I'd really like to keep reading this thread, but I can't see the posts because of the huge elephant in the room blocking my screen.

Isn't it time yet?
Dear lord yes! Or at least I think it is..

When was Martin declared "one of the most respected members of this community"? Was there an awards ceremony? I must have missed that. Is there a Hall of Fame for "most respected members" that people new to these boards can see to make sure we pay proper deference to them?

Translation: Please post a list of posters I can't be rude to.

My suggestion is to be respectful to everyone here. But that would mean not labeling people whose opinions you don't like as "malcontents". So, it probably won't work for you.

Back on topic, my girls love Tangled. Rapunzel is one of their favorites. They would love to see the tower and they would be disappointed to find only bathrooms save for the fact that I will tell them up front. I know it sounds crazy, but maybe Disney should start building attractions too.

No no no. Now that would be too crazy for Disney. They don't have enough hotel rooms! That is where they must build! What are you thinking lebeau? You know the old saying... "build hotel rooms and they will come." How could you think attractions would bring people to Disney? You are one of those malcontents aren't you? I can see through your disguise. Just take off the Mickey costume. You don't fool me. ;)

So, can anyone think of any place else in the parks where a movie is represented but not as part of a attraction, ride or store?

Window shutters effect has been broken - can't remember if thy still have the Maroon Studios billboard up in DHS. But still nothing for the east coast parks.

Sooooooooo what your saying is. They should build a whole new themed area, complete with a princess Dark Ride, A Resturaunt themed after a blockbuster animated film. a interactive meet and greet with a famous disney princess. a land dedicated to Disney 4th full length feature film, plus add waterfalls, castle walls, and other scenery. and another Roller coaster type that is set to open in 2014. those type of attractions.

hmmmm Nah they wouldnt do that

;)

What "same member" are you talking about?
Wow.
Same member, which you mention in your post. Rose&Crowner by the way is the only member on here that I saw post the EXACT date that the tower was going to be installed, and get it exactly right. This post from one of the myriad other threads was posted on 11/18, exactly 11 days before the tower was installed:
Tower in T-minus 11 days.
You also never noticed one "inside" or "respected" member say there would be no tower, unless they were joking.
Dont worry too much about it though. Haters are gonna Hate and

Yeah they should. But what they shouldn't do on a project like that is cut the budget substantially so that the amazing E ticket in the plans is cut out. Not just simply clone a ride that already exists in the park. Also, clone a ride from another park that had some definite story and ride design issues and not address said issues...and spend more on the queue than the actual ride. Gut an existing classic ride when there was plenty of room for that interactive meet and greet somewhere else and then create a ride that while probably cute, would be a kiddie coaster being sold as an E ticket coaster...when it could have actually been an E ticket if built to its original design. Or make the restaurant based on the blockbuster film with cafeteria style set up so the magic is diminished a bit solely to be able to get more bodies in and out, aesthetics be damned.

Hmmm. Nah. They wouldn't do that.

;)

Sorry, couldn't resist. Kind of pulling your leg some. NFE is nice. It's very pretty. But it's not without its flaws and as nice as it is, my opinion is that its full potential definitely wasn't realized, as are sadly most of Disney's projects nowadays.
