I also love how having that tower up means the naysayers will be silent now because it's clear there will be a tower and the rest of the Rapunzel area will look like the insiders on this board said it would look.
errr... There was always going to be a tower since (before) the news broke.
What's a naysayer anyway?

Maybe once they read the fantastical responses from the people about.... bathrooms.... they'll go and look back at the Tland Skyway building and what was done there...

You must not follow this forum closely. The naysayers were insisting that there would be no tower, despite the round base for the tower being clearly visible. They kept claiming that the tower might have been planned but was deleted or was never going there at all.

A naysayer is someone who insists something is not going to happen. There is a great site online called dictionary.com or webster.com. If you ever don't know a word, you can look it up on those sites like you would an old-fashioned dictionary. That would save you the trouble of asking what a word is and having to wait for someone to respond and tell you in a message like this.

Tomorrowland will ultimately be getting a makeover of its own. No doubt the Tomorrowland Bathrooms will be rebuilt at that time and will also be themed too.

I very much expect them to theme the bathrooms in Tomorrowland to Wall-E. It would be natural for them to have Eve be on the women's side and Wall-E on the men's side and to have the bathrooms have a futuristic and robot feel to them. Perhaps the women's side could be sleek and white like Eve and the men's side could be junky and made up of spare parts and things like Wall-E from the junkyard.

He follows this forum more closely, and has more knowledge of WDW and it's history than majority of gentlemen around here, yourself included....

And there's a number of words at dictionary.com you yourself could consider reviewing. But since you're so focused on naysayer, part of that definition also includes one who is "skeptical or cynical about something."

Sweetie, if he followed things closely he would have seen all the people who insisted there wouldn't be a tower. Because there were a lot of naysayers going on for the longest time about how there would be no tower.

Clearly, someone does not follow things closely if he was not aware of all the naysaying about that.

I follow these boards very closely, especially the Fantasyland thread, and I only recall a very small number of people saying there wouldn't be a tower. I think it would have been very easy for someone to miss the posts where this was said.

Sorry, you're wrong on that. Go back and look at any of the posts done in the last several months about the Tangled restrooms or any of the posts that show pictures of that area in the FLE photos. Every time that area was talked about even tangentially the conversation would go to Rapunzel's tower...and the naysayers would come out and say that there would be no tower.

That happened again and again.

There is no way someone who follows these forums closely could have missed that because many days the only new threads were ones about the FLE project. There were so many back and forths on this that people actually took time to draw architectural illustrations of their own showing where the tower would go and what it would probably look like.

This was very hard to miss -- not easy as you claim.

Tell you what, why not respond to me here, man-to-man, with all of the numerous "naysayers" that were insisting there would never be a tower. Give us some links to this multitude of Doubting Thomases......

Sugar, perhaps you need to provide some proof of all these naysaying people that you claim existed.

Do you now know how to search the forums and find those yourself?

They are all the threads in the last few months related to either the Tangled bathrooms or the FLE photo threads showing the Tangled area in addition to the other stuff.

I tried looking up "naysayer," but I all I got were your posts and the associated chatter.....
