That's never happened before.

Just wanted to stop in and say hi before I graduate in three hours!

Aw, that's so exciting! Graduation last year was one of my favorite memories of all of high school (or all of school for that matter). Enjoy it!

At my Grad Night (we called it Project Graduation... I assume they're the same thing... big all-night party afterward so no one makes any... bad decisions), I won a Mickey Mouse graduation picture frame!

But it's good for you. You keep talking about loosing weight. She wants to help motivate you. WHF does that for me. I was talking about turning around at the halfway point...and he said...let's go around the block a different way. One that was longer. I said sure...b/c I knew a longer walk was good for me. Now we're taking that route instead.

She wants to do it once a day but I don't think so right now. Maybe once a week but we will see.:lookaroun I still walk here at home also.

Why not once a day? Or at least once every couple of days? Once a week is too long of a timespan and won't do much for you.

It's good that you're walking at home, but you need to walk at least a mile (preferably more) I'd say for anything to start happening everyday. And I don't know if you get a mile at home.

It depends on how much time I walk at a time. I have gotten up to 4 miles here at home by the pedimeter.

I need to add that is when about 2 yrs ago when I was really losing weight.

Wow...4 miles is good.

You need to walk a lot to loose weight. B/c walking isn't as strenuous as some other exercises are.

Hello.

Worked 9-5 today.

Repeat tomorrow.

Feeling tired and a tad bit cranky.

At least I was able to twist my parents' arms into turning on the AC. No way was I gunna sweat for the next three days.
