We (my girlfriend and I) started P90X about 90 days before our trip. Were on week 7 of 12 right now ..... if it doesn't kill us it should put us in perfect shape for our trip.![]()
I think the only way it might kill you is from boredom.
"And now we'll do 30 minutes of various pull-ups.....now we'll do 30 minutes of push-up variations.....and finally 30 minutes of sit-ups...."
