I miss the name "Disney-MGM Studios." Call me old fashioned, but MGM sounds a lot better to say than DHS.

Back when you got your hand stamped as you left a park, then when you went to the next park that same day you just showed your hand stamp in order to get in. It was a tradition for us on the last day to get our hand stamped as we left a park just in case we got to the airport and our flight was cancelled, so we could come back and still go to a park. Also, hand stamps would glow whenever we went into a ride with black lights. I also miss CRT before lunch was a character meal, such a nice quiet place to eat lunch. the gelato case at BC Marketplace, Timekeeper and 9-eye, California Grill Sunday brunch in the previous incarnation with the ice sculptures, Bonfamile's Cafe for breakfast, Future Corps band, Melvin the Moose character breakfast with the kazoos, a few dozen other things.

So many things, I don't know where to start:
  • The most important thing, beyond all else - experiencing the parks through the eyes of my children (growing too old, I guess)
  • Magic Kingdom Club
  • Separate pricing for Juniors and Children
  • Alleyways on Main Street
  • The molasses-crusted T-Bone at Tony's (90's)
  • Having a choice in what you order at CRT (like a decent cut of prime rib)
  • Guiness Stew at R&C
  • Decent clothes for adults in the shops
  • Something other than plushes in the shops
  • Condiments bar at Pecos Bill's
  • New watches at least every couple of years rather than only the same old designs (since ~2011)
  • Really great food at deluxe concierge
  • Individual bottled water at deluxe concierge
  • People who didn't feel like they were entitled to whatever they desired (since they paid so much for their visit)
  • Monorails that don't smell like mobile fungus containers
  • Epcot before the alien graveyard
  • MGM as a working studio
  • The hub before it was cemented over
  • Real trees in MK, not just a bunch of tall bushes
  • Villains in Vogue
  • World Showcase character buses
  • Someone already said LoW so I'll add the Peace Garden to that

Why is it gone? I went for spring break and was pretty disappointed to find none. It is like that whole area with the condiments was empty. It is the little things
Some kid with parents that don't pay attention was burned by hot cheese and sued. The result was that we all lose the cheese.

Actually, someone here mentioned that the more likely reason was that the particular oil used in the making of the "cheese" was becoming either more expensive or otherwise not a good option. There are other oils that can be used, but those would alter the taste significantly.
