The oak-fired filet with teriyaki bbq sauce at California Grill.
It was the best thing I'd ever eaten and now it's gone

I'm with you there, loved that dish and the version with red wine reduction. Last year it came with sweetcorn and looked awful, almost as if it had been produced from the backside of a cat. In fact, the new menu at California Grill is pretty poor in comparison, we never went this year, did Artist Point instead - somewhere I had always wanted to try.

Things I miss - Spectro, Tapestry of Nations, Off Kilter, Walt Disney World merchandise - and not generic Disney Parks stuff.

We went every year, this is this first year we will miss Cali Grill too, so sad about the menu change. How was Artist Point?

Thought of one more thing that I really miss - the Around the World Segway Tour at Epcot. So much fun!

Absolutely first class, it has always had a good rep so been keen to go, menu, food, service excellent. The Yachtsman Steakhouse at Yacht Club is also very good.

This. There are all sorts of components of EPCOT that I miss..that were either neglected or replaced. But the general theme and spirit of this park is entirely lost. The closing or neglect of those components are symptoms of a park that seems to have lost its way.

I used to walk into EPCOT, get to the center of FutureWorld, stop, and just take a moment soaking it all in. It was such an amazing feeling with all of the sights and sounds, attractions, and pavilions. Now, I go in and it just feels faked and opportunistic. Get rid of Nemo in the Living Seas, bring back Dreamfinder, bring back Horizons and the Communicore.

This parade had such a good run. It was the reason why I always wanted to visit WDW in the early 2000's. I always get chills when I remember hearing the parade music begin and the first thing I see is Mickey inside his snowglobe waving and talking at guests. I really love the soundtrack really showing that you really are in Walt Disney World.

It ain't Disney, but look. We did both. This was one of those defining experiences in Central Florida and it's still ridiculous to believe it's been gone for 13 unlucky years. At Disney, many of the classics are thankfully preserved to a certain extent. Not so at Universal. For me, very few attractions in Universal's history have been on the level of Disney's best stuff, but this absolutely was. Before Harry Potter, there was this portal into another world with an enormous trashed city, Kong grabbing the tram while helicopters blasted him with machine guns, and so much graffiti.

Does anyone remember the storyteller that told the story of "The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow" at Liberty Square during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party? I don't know if he's still around during the event but I seen an old video of him telling the story about the Headless Horseman such as this one back in 2006.
