We just got home two days ago from what I think was my best trip ever. We had an absolute blast! However now, I'm really depressed that it's over. Seems more so then any other trip. Anyone else out there?

And as far as getting over the depression............. Hmmm... well i already have a definate trip to Disneyland Paris planned for next year and i would give anything for a repeat of free dining next year so fingers crossed, thats the only way to go :wave:
Yeah I can't believe I'm back already either! Everything was amazing and free dining was awesome! Our best meal was at the California Grill. It was incredible! My trip report is coming and it's going to be a long one. Had to have a small medical procedure done when I got back so as soon as I'm healed from that, I'll start to tackle it!

Heck im still in post Disney depression and we went in May of 2009! It looks like we might possibly be going back in October of 2011 so that is helping a lot....I'm a 27 year old man who seriously gets misty eyed just thinking about getting back there..no other place on earth like it

Every trip I get it! The best thing to do, is take a bunch of trips to look over while waiting on your next trip!!

Every trip for me. I cry a little when I'm walking down Main Street USA for the last time , cry a little on the last monorail ride of the trip , and a good sobbing cry when we're driving off property

Of course I also get a little teary when I get my visa bill the next month too. :lol:

True story! We booked a bounceback on our last trip and it made the ride back to MCO so much more palatable.

Yeah I was crying as we were walking out of MK. Then I got emotional sitting outside waiting for the "Bad Bus" (DME) then BF got misty eyed when they started playing, "Now it's time to say goodbye to all our company..". I hate the heavy feeling you have the last day and the misery that follows as you get home and back to reality.

Since I drank the Disney Kool Aid at age 3, (and I am now 38), my Disney depression seems to be getting worse and worse each year. I am seriously obsessed with my March 2011 trip. I too cry a bit whenever I arrive at my happy place and I am just miserable for weeks and weeks after we return. *sigh*

I get sad, then i get sappy..then I realize "Hey, I might as well start planning my next trip now!" to get rid of the "I just left the World!" blues! :ROFLOL:So I pick my dates (which is 99.9% of the time Thanksgiving week lol), and start working on what days to do what park, what restaurants haven't we tried...what tours can we possibly swing...stuff like that! keeps me focused
