Possible Frontierland expansion

I have noticed that overall in all the parks. Guests are just throwing trash where ever they please. I cant believe they are scraping their names into the paint. Its all so disheartening to see things like that.
Tourists have been awful this year. There's been so much defacing of property in Volcano Bay and Pandora, and I too have noticed more people just throwing crap wherever they want...and the same thing has been happening at our beaches too.

What happened to having some class? If you're gonna be a jerk and trash my home state, we don't want you here.

Noticed the same lack of class when we were there earlier this year, Unforunately it is not isolated to your state the same thing occurs at our beaches and road ways in SC. It is a sad reflection on many who are brought up with a lack of respect and concern for no one but themselves. My view is anyone caught defacing Disney property should be banned for life no questions asked. Caught throwing trash around refund their park fees and told to leave --not allowed to return for 3 years. I am not apposed to undercover CM who look for crap like this.

When you overcharge people and deliver a sub-standard experience they tend not to value the venue. Natural reaction.

It is all going into their files.

That's a little over the top.

I think over the past decade or so the US in general has really been headed to over all lower class in general. It's constantly reinforced in the media, being a loser is celebrated. It all goes together, just over all lowering of all standards and no public shaming because it would be not PC. I can't really work littering into that thought at the moment. LOL. There really has been a drastic turn in the younger population, I'm running into people my age who are in shock over what's coming out of colleges now. At least the ones who have to hire college grads.which today isn't anything special every idiot has a degree now.

Generation Z will turn everything around. Everything is cyclical.

I know plenty of "idiots" with college degrees that are over 40. Being an "idiot" with a college degree is not dependent on age.

Being an idiot transends educational levels. I know college gradutes of many ages that are complete idiots. On the other hand I know people who never graduated high school who are far from being idiots. Having respect for others and a regard for other peoples property is taught at home not something you learn in college my two cents

This. The lack of respect everywhere seems to be increasing daily and Ive seen it across all educational, age and racial groups. People just generally cant seem to see past their own needs and wants anymore to the greater picture. Their trash is someone else's problem.
Sad really.

So with the TRON news today, what does that mean for a Frontierland or Adventureland expansion? Anyone wanna take a guess? I'm feeling like a pretty substantial Tomorrowland expansion is upon us, but kinda get the impression that's not all we're getting. Let's hope a big surprise is in store for Frontierland and/or Adventureland.

Agreed. Love that TL is getting some love -- it certainly needs it and is the weakest part of MK -- but I have been hoping that the 50th might be used as an opportunity for other parts of the park to get some expansion. A thrill ride in Adventureland and/or a family ride in Frontierland would really be welcome additions. MK could use a lot of additional attraction capacity given how crowded it is.

Sounds like the Frontierland expansion could be nothing more than a Broadway-style theater. That seems to be making the rounds. @marni1971 i know has hinted at the MK possibly getting a theatre ...

Well, MK could use a proper theater, so that's not necessarily a bad thing. But Frontierland is an off place for it, unless they put in a show that doesn't really fit the land theming. I guess they could do a Woody's Roundup show concept.

If they could remove the stage from the castle foreground, that would be ideal.

I'm no insider but I don't see them removing that stage regardless of what they build elsewhere. (As much as I wish they would)

The only thing I could see them doing is trying to add areas for water jets. Paris and Shanghai have the water jets in front of their castles so it would make sense for WDW to get that upgrade eventually although I'm not sure how they would find the room.

Sounds perfect. Tomorrowland needed a major expansion much more anyway. It's about time the park gets a relaxing theater. Exciting news!!
