Well, considering the 9.5 million DAILY players of the game, the fact that a few of them will fall into a lake is expected. It's just your perception and anecdotal "evidence" that makes you think everyone is tripping over themselves because of this game. Also, my sales pitch ISN"T weak for Pokemon, not aren't.Free is a relative term, when you wind up being one of the morons that falls into a lagoon, lake, walks into a wall, hits other people, etc...
Your sales pitches are weak for Pokemon... If you want to play, stay out of the way of guests who want to enjoy their vacations without the technology constantly in their hands.

It's ok that you don't understand it. FYI if you think there is no face to face interaction amongst players you have no idea what you're talking about. Anyway have a good night everyone I'm outMost of us are...

Personally I'm happy there's Pokemon Go in the parks. I'm going solo to wdw soon and having the prospect of playing that while I wait in long lines alone makes me happy. Theming is nice and all, but after 10 minutes standing next to the same spot, said theming may get boring, even more when alone*. Ditto for waiting for shows to start.
*"just interact with other people!" that's not always so easy. I've done this a few years ago, and a lot of groups don't enjoy random strangers trying to butt into their conversations.
I remember being really hopeful for Mayhem at the Mansion. Didn't go very well did it. LolTheir last attempt at augmented reality in the parks was Mayhem at the Mansion, a complete flop
I'd like to know if there's actual REAL geo-caching in the parks, not this pokemon thing.
Lol this is so wrong. It has nothing to do with "poor sales" and everything to do with Nintendo is only a part owner of Pokemon themselves and don't have much profit chances from the game. Good try though.Well, Nintendo's stock dropped today on the poor performance of the games sales. Nintendo's last ditch efforts at staying relevant in the gaming world are apparently failing...
Guess the game will go away soon enough then!
You are lucky. Back before they were added to the 'prohibited' list at Disney parks, the dang things were everywhere. I think I might still have a picture from MK - one of the popular walkway photo spots near the castle. We had some fellow Disney fanatics take a group picture of our family (we did the same for them) with the castle In the background... and all you could see to either side of us were people with selfie sticks. They were sticking up all over... I mean ALL over. I couldn't even crop them all out as one was directly over my mother's shoulder.I've had zero problems with selfie sticks to. .
