Rumor Pixar's Coco coming to the Mexico Pavilion

As well as it'd fit the river ride, it could be that they don't want to make the pavilion 100% Coco.

I'm sure hoping it's not all because of the four Mariachi Skeletons that guests are going all up in arms saying "YES!! YES A Friggin Coco ride about an Old Woman is coming!" and not the fact that The Three Cabs attraction is representing 2 movies Saludos Amigos and The 3 Caballeros...

Looks like this attractions may becoming less likely by the minute- in a recent interview with Iger, he expressed doubts in Coco's franchise potential, though the company was pleased with its box office numbers and how it swept the awards for animated movies. http://variety.com/2018/film/news/bob-iger-disney-blank-panther-franchise-1202710557/

interesting...
but i'd agree to that - it's not a franchise.

doesn't change the fact an overlay would be great for the pavilion, however... 3 cabs ain't a franchise

I think he’s referring more the potential of a sequel, and I think we all agree that it’s best to not make one for Coco, the movie pretty much tied every loose end.
