Was that a reason given or speculative? Hate to think we missed out. I only ask because the boats get pretty close to the figure in Paris and even though the effect is obvious (probably more so because of that distance) it's still a great addition. Shame it's not in Orlando.

An observation why it wouldn’t work in Orlando. Plus you would see the effect activate before you reached it, spoiling it.
