Looks as if the building houses a lift station
Could be. Definitely the utility building for the bungalows. Probably a water pump for the fire protection, electrical distribution, and perhaps a sewage ejector.

There's a fence in the artwork. It looks like ropes tied to the poles sticking up.Is Disney putting a fence on the walkway to these? Lawsuit waiting to happen.

not stop, but to show resonable attempts to keep guests from falling into the water. it becomes the guests fault since they had to climb over a safety railing.Yes because that will stop stupid people.
I wouldn't want to be anywhere near a thatched roof in Florida. Spiders, centipedes, and other oggie boogies all fist sized or larger a mere foot or so above my head? Ah, Nope....Honestly a thatched roof would make this 10,000x better.

It looks like they plan to dye the Seven Seas Lagoon aqua like they dye the Chicago River green on Saint Patrick's Day!

Like what hotels exactly? I doubt any of those hotels have a view directly across the Magic Kingdom.it looks like an average hotel room, Anywhere USA... Well except for the view.
I like the decor hanging on the balconies but feel like this will be cut off the plans quickly..
Well...much like the lobby plans, they certainly are underwhelming... meh...
