Not only have they already passed, but aren't they cutting back on fairies? I thought Tink, and only Tink, was moving to TST and the M&G location in Adventureland was closing.

Perhaps. But, I've heard it said before that "nothing ever dies at Imagineering, the plans get put away, but the ideas/concepts have a way of evolving into other projects". So, while we may never see it in it's original grandeur as they pitched it several years ago, it could potentially find its way back in some fashion, if not at MK, maybe some other park/resort, ship or hotel even.

I still think Pixie Hollow would make a great addition to AK. It could be beautiful if done right. Also, I like the idea of the Tree of Life, the Avatar Tree, and this Pixie Hollow tree (at least there was a huge one in the concept art) as landmarks around the park. It could be an interesting touch for the park. Kids enjoy M&G's, you could add a playground, and build an immersive area for her where guests shrink down to her size. Seems like it would be a better fit for her character than sticking her in Adventureland or Town Hall.....

Pixie Hollow was originally supposed to be in the FL expansion but the PFH and mine coaster was put in its place

PH never interested me but I'd be on board with them putting it into AK. I think it could definitely fit as a bridge between Avatar and Discovery Island.
