Rumor Pecos Bills to be rethemed?

Realistically The Briar Patch should be a small TIana's place to get bakery items since Splashdown Photos will have a giftshop devoted to the ride and character.

But Pecos Bills already has a functioning kitchen and is approved for food safety without retrofitting anything in a smaller space.

So far from the attraction and forced in it likely is.

No not really, it's right next to the mountain. If this was like Disneyland and Haunted Mansion was between the restaurant location and Splash I would agree but they are right next to each other. I don't agree with splitting up Frontierland like that but it does make some sense.

and frankly.. if they are digging so deep to be concerned about the Peco Bill indian segment... good lord we are doomed.

As this very thread showed... no one was bothered by this and most people didn't even know it was even a Disney produced segment to begin with. No one watches the anthology/package films. (tho they have some of the most memorable animated shorts!!!)
If no one watches it then no one should be upset that some rando character is no longer featured on the sign of a theme park fast food taco place.

It's a terrible idea IMHO. The MK POTC does not transition to a New Orleans as it is themed to a Caribbean fort nothing like NOLA.

Build a mini New Orleans on the far side of Splash outside the RR station/berm.
This would make so much sense. So much that I know it won’t happen.

I personally like the sound of:

South Western United States High Sodium and Fat Content "Food" for Magic Kingdom Quick Service Location #4

It is the least offensive restaurant name ever. It also rolls right off your tongue and makes your mouth water.
I’m offended by this …

Its next to Splash Mountain on one side of the Resteraunt and makes Tiana a land when it already has an entire corner, of buildings including its own gift shop, overlooking tran station and another gift shop that could be a second gift shop or food and beverage location.

It means we get a land themed to a TV series that is not even out yet. We don't need an entire land of the low capacity MK being set to just Tiana's tv series.

It is indeed an option to make this Tiana-themed. Frontierland would basically continue from CBJ across the bridge just west of RoA to BTMRR while Tiana gets a mini-district that may even be part of Adventureland.

Adventureland in green, Frontierland in red.

Doesn’t mean this is the plan, though. But is was thought transitioning from PotC to New Orleans would work well.
It’s pointless if they don’t add something…probably a couple something.

It’s moving deck chairs around.

As lazy has pointed out: dining capacity/seating has fallen since the 1990’s with way smaller crowds…
