Oprah, you're hired!

Sigh. Time to get my dirty mind washed...Alice is on top of Mr. Toad in California and it hasn't been an issue for 60 years.
I think the problem is specific to Pandora's build.
Only if I get to say, "You touched the scenery which now must be disinfected. You broke the rules. You get nothing! You lose! Good day, sir!"Just wait till 2019 when the rides of Galaxy's Edge go down for technical reasons.
Anyone want to work at DHS Guest Relations next year?
So is Navi River down today? The app shows Flight is up but no time or temporary closure for Na’vi.

Absolutely not. Shared facilities is key to a better utilization of space, enabling the shaping of space and facilitates the layering of experiences.So... maybe a good indication of why having two rides in the same building isn't the best idea?
I've had Frozen shut down at the end of the night. They said I could come back any time the next day and use it. Obviously doesn't work if people won't be there the next day, but I would guess most "occasional" travelers wouldn't save FoP for their very last day.Part of the problem is that there really aren't any do-overs for the occasional traveler. They can't come back next week to try again. They really can't even come back tomorrow unless they want to go standby since all the FPs are gone 60+ days out. Under old paper FP, they could have regrouped and tried again tomorrow with all FP inventory still available at rope drop. I'd be really disappointed too.
A bait and switch is a deliberate, pre-meditated act. A system failure is exactly that. You it would basically be called bait and switch if it wasn't Disney
Well, not in public. Remember, a broken attraction needs no CMs manning it, just one or two out front to turn people away.Do people really think Disney is rubbing their hands with glee that one or both of their headliners is down and guests are frustrated?!?

Actually, the "go to" advice for getting a FP on a hot new headliner is to schedule as late in your trip as possible.I've had Frozen shut down at the end of the night. Several days out of the 60 days, sure. But maybe you leave an extra day at the end for issues like this, just in case.Actually, the "go to" advice for getting a FP on a hot new headliner is to schedule as late in your trip as possible.
Density, that forgotten component of placemaking and intimacy.Absolutely not. Shared facilities is key to a better utilization of space, enable the shaping of space and facilitates the layering of experiences.

Jest or not, I believe we've seen this seriously suggested on more than one occasion.I do hope you are saying this in jest because if you are not, this is the most ridiculous 'Disney-is-Evil' conspiracy statement I've ever read. To even suggest they are shutting down a marquee attraction to save labor cost is patently ridiculous. Obviously they had a technical or safety problem that forced this and they'll re-open as whatever that problem is resolved. They don't want it down either.
