An entirely IP based expansion of Disneyland, one of which is completely non Disney, and the other is based on two lousy films that are irrelevant to anyone born after the '70s?

A huge demolition of half of Disneyland to bring in a bunch of cloned attractions?

Completely abondoning Walt's framework for the park in favor of a "ride the movies" approach?

Yikes.

Disneyland has moved on, so should you.... ;):p😂

My goodness, ain't that the truth. Seeing the horrific maintenance, the mediocre Cast Members, the horrific merchandise- and the complete disregard Disney has for "Disneyland" as an entity, instead choosing to utilize the property as a place to market their latest films and acquisitions, I've certainly become disillusioned about Disneyland and it's future.

After Pressler and Harris, Ouimet was able to bring the park back to something that resembled it's pre '95 quality- albeit with a few missing attractions and landmarks. Seeing current managements desire to cash in on the Disney craze at the expense of the park's long term image and old time fans, I have a feeling that Disneyland's worldwide allure will start to decline in the next few decades.

We'll see how you look at 65 and beyond and then talk about your allure being in decline....

In my mind they abandoned that way of thinking when they put SWGE in Disneyland.

That’s not what I mean...I’m not talking about “Walt’s vision”....

I mean animal kingdom was a stagnant, low attended park based on the incredible amount of overhead it takes to run it. And the Harry Potter move.

Pandora was brought it to make DAK more of a unique draw. It never was or will be for Disneyland

The same reason cars isn’t on the mgm backlot now

OK, I was thinking more thematically. But yes, in that regard, the 2 situations are as far removed as you can get.

Where's the "NO AVATAR" option? I'm sorry, but Avatar is boring. Pandora is boring. The characters of Pandora are so boring no one remembers their names. Instead, build the Land of the Dead from Coco--That would be a thousand times more interesting (and it should go into DCA).
(Edit) Okay, so I voted "Third Park," but in my case "Third Park" means "Flaming Dumpster."

Jake Sully, Neyteri, Trudy and Grace. That's more than I remember from Black Panther. It was I that voted 1st to put Avatar in Disneyland.
