Theres so many options. Considering its right up against the mountain you could've even said its part of Grizzly PeakI don't know haha. I think they should officially call that area No Mans Land though.

Yep. DCA's biggest flaw isn't its theme, but its layout. Its central corridor and the Grand Californian in particular stunt any potential growth.The spine structure of DCA really is its downfall.
