Or if you’re going to create a new “land” name why not Wine Country? This is how you know things are the wrong idea. When you end up with lands like Paradise Park on the same pier/ stretch of land as Pixar Pier and “Performance Corridor.”

Yep. DCA's biggest flaw isn't its theme, but its layout. Its central corridor and the Grand Californian in particular stunt any potential growth.
