My guess is that Stanley Donan just died too recently, and they’ll put him in next year’s.

Carol Channing’s omission is odd though.

Surprisingly I am not fuming over ASIB losing all but one award. I always say that these awards really do not mean much anyway. Gaga and Co are some of the most talented people in the universe and they will remain unbothered. This is only the beginning of her illustrious career

Carol Channing got an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress in Thoroughly Modern Millie.

Not having an Oscar nominee in the Oscar memoriam is ridiculous.

It’s a bit soon for “legend” status but I do love her and she is very talented.
