Maybe for the Millionaire space, we could do the trackless dark ride concept back there. We'd have to cut down on the budget somewhere else to afford it probably, but it's a big enough space.

Make it a ride through a prop warehouse where the props come to life. They had a tone of old movie sets and props back there that we could play with. Plus we could make fale ones of course. Give it a Mystic Manor type vibe while still fitting the theme of an actual studio Backlot and being uniquely studoo themed
Love this idea!!!:inlove:

Has the SW Shooting Gallery Ride been scrapped?
I was suggesting that take over sounds dangerous/ Doug theaters. As long as we make it somewhat compact there enough space for a ride like Buzz in that space.

I like that too. Feels like something that could be done relatively cheaply and compactly while still being really awesome and cool.

Hey guys, just got out of work!

For the ABC Commissary Lane, could we have the Gangster Alley way there?

Griffth Park in the front of the park, guest pass by Marron Studios (animation Courtyard, and then Gangster Alley on the other side of the Chinese Theatre?

Commissary Lane is really narrow and holds two restaurants that are pretty essential to the park. Sci-fi could be cut, but the commisarry really can't be touched speaking from a practicallity stand point.

I think blending Gangster Alley ideas into the Sunset Blvd makes the most sense as they both involve 1920s/40s urban Hollywood.

What would you say would be the benefit of having it completely separate? It could theoretically go one or two places if we can free up the budget.

I like that idea! Something like Buzz sounds about right, as that one opened in 1998, so that would be the technology that Disney has at the moment, however if we wanted to make it bigger, it could be a two floor attraction, although I feel like it works perfectly in one floor, after all it should be a C-Ticket, as the land would gain an E with Pod Racers, and it already had a D-Ticket.

The big upside to having it in another area would make the whole Hollywood that never was seem more complete. It's not just at the front and right side of the park, but encompassing the Chinese Theatre. Also, Commissary Lane is very bare and lacking an interesting theme.

However, I have no problem leaving it as is. I understand the need for this area remaining the same; it's just boring back there, and I just saw an opportunity to plus it a little. :geek:

The prop warehouse ride would be perfect as unique ride. The magic of Hollywood imbued in the props so they come to life and cause a ruckus. I can see the guests as watchmen or warehouse attendants trying to get the props back into their boxes. This could be like Night of the Museum almost.
I think that’d be a lot of fun! It would be beautiful as a trackless ride in my opinion!

So have we decided what we're doing with Echo Lake? If we're keeping the look of Frozen theatre we should probably keep that area pretty similar. I think someone mentioned doing a show (on the lake?), if we do this, I think we need to make sure there's a new pathway to bypass this area when there's a show going on.

Also, if we're doing to hot set transitions into the immersive lands, how are we going to do the parade? Is the parade going to go through these doorways (from the front of the park to the door in Star Wars land)?

I don't think we should do much with the lake. It would cost to much to rearange that area and it's too crowded to do much there.

I'm increasingly fond of the prop warehouse instead of the Sunset villa for the living prop dark ride. Has anyone here seen Ed Wood? There's a scene where they break into a prop warehouse at night to borrow equipment. Could make for a fun setup.

One way we can sell Eisner on this - and all other new attractions - is to suggest that can be cloned into DCA and WDSP. Imagine the prop warehouse instead of Superstar Limo?! :D

@FigmentPigments, since I assume you'll be taking lead on Maroon Studios, what do you prefer as far as location? Animation Courtyard plus part of the RnRC area behind it? The Sunset Blvd. stuff is pretty malleable (though I'd like to see a Red Car Trolley transportation ride connecting these two areas), so take any space you need for Maroon.
