Is that why WDW is the world's number one vacation destination?
Technically, it's only the 'singular' most popular destination spot. France is actually the most popular tourist destination.

I'm sure WDW's record high and rising attendance figures reflect that, right?:hammer:
I can assure you that attendance has been in decline for some months now and Disney is already preparing for an extremly bad Fall/Winter this year. Expect Quarter 2 2008 to be the last big attendance jump for Disney for quite some time.
All muggles know that the real magic is at Walt Disney World.
A whole week at Universal?? If you have the Xpress Pass, you can do EVERYTHING in both parks comfortably in less than a full day...
LOL! Less that a day? What are you doing? Running like a marathon sprinter? To take your time like a nice relaxing vacation, it took us about 3-4 days, we enjoyed both parks so we went back a few times.
You know why you don't feel disappointed when the Yeti is in B mode? It's because the AA plays such an insignificant part in the attraction, which I thinks proves just how poor the theming of the ride itself is. They do a wonderful job building up the myth/legend of the Yeti is the awesome queue, and the climax is a split second look in the dark at an AA? Totally underwhelming.
I was at Universal on Weds. and we did everything in IOA by noon and then went to the studios and finished at 4. We then stayed and took a few more spins on Mummy and Simpsons.
A view thats expressed quite a lot in the UK, but then that is how Disney markets itself

I was in the Studios that day. What did you get done there? Simpsons was posted at 80, Mummy 30, Disaster 40, MIB 65, etc.
Wow, how great are you
Is that why you were there?
Yea, I was the chaperone for a bunch of "challenged" message board kids who somehow can't manage to get through IoA and Studios in a day.
Just don`t mention South American tour groups to me.
I've always been pretty impressed with the way Universal maintains their rides. The skins on the dinos I'll give you but they are tough to maintain because they are half submerged in water. However, the rest of the effects on rides throughout the resort all work on a regular basis. Spider-Man is so incredibly complex and yet everything works, everytime I ride (and that's a lot). Imhotep on the Mummy works every time I ride as well as every other fire effect, smoke effect, strobe effect, and tactile effect on that ride. Everest has about 3 visual effects, all of which work about 30 percent of the time. And mind you, Everest has such ground-breaking effects as a waterfall, steam, and birds on sticks, and they still can't get them working. Bottom line: what crack are you smoking? End Rant Here.
Well, WDW finally got in the game and is doing something about HP!!
They are cutting back Fantasmic to two shows a week. Outstanding...now I don't have to hang around DHS after 3:00pm. I can just head over to IOA to experience more HP.
