Am I the only one who feels like this part of the forum is dying?
Fall is always a slower time. But there's the One Sentence Competition doing well and the One Little Spark Competition going well as a larger scale competition. As well as a few threads going on with ideas and brainstorming. It's not dying at all!

That's what I kinda meant because the threads, and brainstorming were lacking making the imagineer section feel forgotten.
I suppose a bit, but fall is always slower. And those types of threads are always slower when a bigger competition is going on. So, both of those factors at the same time means open brainstorming threads take a double hit to activity. But it's just temporary stuff.

I wouldn't worry about the forum dying. Just how it goes sometimes

This is so true.. People are just getting into school and balancing life and class. Also there is typically a small "die" off as people start college. You see these fluctuation over the years..

Typically it picks up in November, Dec, Jan and stays strong till mid summer.

This calm down is one of the reasons SA was earlier than usual.
Me thinks the days of July - October comps are over, I really like it those ending in August, then a few weeks off before the next so you can assess if you'll have time for it rather than having to bail out of an ongoing one near the finish line.

OLS actually has a pretty decent turnout! If the brainstorming threads were public I think twilight_roxas would see that most of the activity is in the PMs.

Yeah, for being in the Fall I am incredibly happy with the activity and turn out for OLS! There's been some issues with activity here or there, but that's partly just newer members getting used to the format of team comps. We have two teams of seven and both teams have had at least 4 people active even on the slowest/busiest rounds. With the current having nearly every single person still in the game either actively participating or on vacation

With a Fall competition doing this well, I'm excited to see what the spring will bring!

Plus since I seen lots of Disney parks & Universal Studios parks brainstorming thread I made a Warner Bros. World brainstorming thread based off it's Abu Dhabi version.
It seems interesting, but I don't personally have any real ideas. Especially with Lego Land existing and Universal having Potter. The world of Blade Runner could make a really unique and cool themed land. Mad Max too. They could be good "adult" counterbalances to the Looney Tunes and DC areas
