I love Paris. But it's true, the lack of Wawas should be a dealbreaker if I weren't so drunk on booze and brie. Mostly booze.
Patisseries in Paris are the second greatest thing In world history...
...street crepe stands are the first.

I love wawa as much as any...but I still think they’re overrated.

...but since you brought it up - I want cappuccino and I have 5 wawas within 2.5 miles 😉

That's very much an American mentality. Visitors at the Tokyo parks have worn masks for decades, including during summer, without complaining.
In America it is common sense that a mask is not necessary when biking, running or simply hiking on a trail and no one is within 100yds of you or when immersed or doused in chlorinated water while in the sun. There is a time and place for everything.

Or partying, walking with food or drink, or hanging out on the beach within spitting distance of one another, or sitting together on mass transit, or once you've made it into a place requiring masks and then taking them off at your leisure once you've made it through the doors, or huddling around together in the park, or playing sports in a group, or hanging outside of a bar.

Other than that, yeah... common sense in America!

What about all those anti lockdown protests going on in Berlin? I don’t think Americans are the only ones over it.

You should have gone when you had the chance.
But ‘Merica would be less awesome without DDR
