OMG, OMG, OMG.....I just booked my ADR's and got an 8.05 at Cinderella's Royal Table.

I am so excited, as you can probably see by my heading. I just booked our ADR's for December and got an 8.05 am for Cindy's Royal Table on December 14. I have a smile from ear to ear and I can't believe I got it. I was on the phone for around 30 minutes, calling from Australia, and when the agent checked and came back with the time I almost cried like a little girl, that is how excited I am. I phoned her at around 8pm Florida time, so, that was 10am here. I also booked Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Hoop de Doo, Mamma Melrose (Fantasmic package) and Sci Fi diner. I phoned my mum - (83), who is coming with us and she said, that she is more excited about watching me book and plan this than anything else. hahaha. I just had to share with you all. Thank you for listening.

Congrats!!! :D

Get to MK as early as possible. Try to be the first family at the gates and when they let you in, make your way (QUICKLY) to the castle. If you get there first then your child will get to be prince or princess of the day. It is nothing really big, but the child will love it. They make an announcement in the great room (photo room) and everything. We go to do this on our last trip and we had no idea about it. We didn't even run to the castle. We had 8:00 am ADRs and we got to the park first. When they let us in we made our way straight to the castle and didn't bother to stop for photos like other families were doing so we got there first too. Then the CM came up to us and offered our son (then 7 years old) the small plastic prince sword and a sticker that said "Prince of the Day" on it. He was so embarrassed by the attention the princesses were giving him during breakfast. It was cute.

They will only pick one child. Possibly the youngest. But the daughter can step forward and take the wand and be the Princess of the Day if she wants. LOL

However, if my children were older, and I knew about this then I would have held back a little and let a family with a little girl go ahead of us.

I am absolutely jealous. You go extremely lucky with a descent time too. I do all my Family's ADR's and I am extremely good at it, but I'd fail at getting a table there. There is even a family, chatting in the Pop Century line (I am at the airport, watching people get on there way to Disney, while slowly wallowing in selfish self pity...) about how they got stuck with terrible reservations and that now there daughter can't meet the princess there.... Congratulations!

Wow. We're sorta just going to miss each other. My last day in the parks for my trip will be December 13, and I got an 8:05 at CRT for that morning.

I was surprised to be able to book CRT for 9/1/13 at 10:00am yesterday...there were lots of times open during the week we will be there 8/31/13 -9/8/13...not sure why...just excited we got an ADR!!!

Congrats for sure on your CRT reservation - that's awesome! I actually had one 5 years ago (so my daughter was 10) but it was for the morning we were actually leaving to come home. After 7 days in the parks she begged me to not go...she was too tired and wanted to just get in the car and go home. That was then and this is now. This year she is joining me and I AM PSYCHED because we got a 8PM ADR for Be Our Guest for Thanksgiving Dinner. I already informed her......THAT we are not missing LOL :p
