I haven't read all of this thread, so I apogize if this has been discussed. It probably has been. Maybe multiple times. Here goes anyway.

If you were in WDW when the zombie outbreak started (not if, when) where would you hole up? I figure the place would be an absolute blood bath with all those tourists. The MK is out right away. The utilidors would be deathtraps.

The hotels? No way. Those places are over-run as is.

Try as I might, I can never really come up with a good place to make base.

ToT for me - they'd never think to look there, and it's one of my faves anyway!

Shockingly, being a Disney forum, we have never discussed this!

Atop Summit Plummet? Zombies, I hear, have a fear of heights. And of water, I believe.

As others continue in their seemingly endless prattle regarding nails, numbers, and has-been TV personalities, I would like to take a more serious moment to express my deepest regret to luv, and the Rabid Zombie Pioneer Girl squad. You see, I think that I have taken this entire topic too seriously. I mean, if there really were a zombie threat, and the zombies really were attacking, then they would surly be sneaking up behind me and banging my head against the keyboardnvnkouwrbqurkmnmd0i0420iowbnv9ubv97h hqn-89-83i3x,irgur08ghr8gh[0hgxm083083uxhghdfbhuobnmkfma

This does not bode well.

You know, the topic of cake reminds me of my wedding. We had a wonderful cake, and thinking back on that happy time in my life makes me feel all tingly inside. I'm actually feeling giddy enough to share a personal photo with the gang! Now, where did i place that shot of our cake topper? Ah, yes...

Nice. Good and high. Plus, I would imagine multiple escape routes. Downside: It's creepy without the zombies. Plus, the other side of the park is probably empty.

I am surprised considering how many pages of zombie talk have gone on!

I was thinking the water parks due to lower population. Although that may not be the case during the summer. I suppose it depends when the outbreak happens.

I'm too scared to actually go down SP. So I'd be dead meat up there.

In the event of a WDW zombi apocalypse, I want to be in the castle. I thought that immediately when I first heard that WDW Today podcast on the subject. There might be better places strategically, but that's not a bad one...and if I'm going to die, that would be an excellent spot. All the Disney fans in heaven would be so jealous of my death, lol.

Surely you jest. The thought of cowering away during a zombie pandemic is demeaning. I have my wife divert the attention of the guards while I sneak in my cache' of weapons each and every time that I enter a park. Wimps.

The main problem I see with the castle is the location. You're in the center of everything. Zombie central. But if you're in the Dream Suite, that shouldn't be a problem as long as you can establish a supply chain. Which shouldn't be too hard since Cindy's Royal Table is in the same building.

No, the problem you're going to have is that it's too nice and too high profile. You hole up in there, sooner or later you're going to have to defend it. Other survivors are going to want to move in. So you either let them (and risk infection) or fight them off. Sooner or later, a bigger gang comes along and you're trying to clear out the Hall of Presidents.

Oh, I am not at all ashamed to cower. I intend to make my apocalypse as drama-free as possible. I find a good spot, I'm gonna lock it up tight and ride things out. Until I run out of food or someone else comes and chases me out. Then it's back to square one, I guess.

I'd consider DAK, but you gotta figure the animals are gonna break free. Lions and tigers and zombies, oh my!
