My friend's father has Alzheimer's - I'm somewhat familiar with the issues they face but obviously every situation is different. It's always so troubling to know what's "right".

I talked with my sister-in-law yesterday and she doesn't seem to think there's anything going on out of the ordinary. I just have this gut feeling though - not sure why.

Not sure how long this rain delay is going to go - we're still getting rain here, although it has let up a bit. Usually they get our weather about an hour after we do.

You have a closeness to the situation that is beyond anyone else - take it day by day and trust your instincts. Hopefully tomorrow will be brighter!

It's gonna happen - don't dwell on it. You're in a stressful situation - you can't keep it together 100% of the time - NO ONE could! You do the best you can!

That's what I do - makes it hilarious to read the posts! Used to hear Walt's voice reading lebeau's posts - not sure what satanic corn sounds like (nor do I want to find out)!!!

I had a crush on John Stamos when I was a kid and he was Blackie on General Hospital. He was replaced later by Jon Bon Jovi, who would still have the best smile, even if he were a zombie.

We're from the same generation. I had Shawn Cassidy pajamas when I was little. *hides face in shame*
