It's Official, the Meet will be held in Dec. I know many of you will be there for the first 2 weeks and I suggest that we use the MVMCP as our main "Meet" location. We will have 2 "Meets" at the party with one being on either wed. or thurs. of the first week and on Mon. or Tues. of the second week. Just as soon as they announce the dates, we can firm this up. I strongly suggest not doing the party on the weekend because of the crowds.

I will need suggestion from all of you for other meeting places, dining suggestions if everyone would like to meet somewhere for a meal and any other ideas that you can come up with. And if anyone would like to volunteer to help out please either PM or e-mail me.

I will also need everyone who will be going to pm me with your dates and your e-mail address so that you can be contacted with important information for the Meet. It is a good idea if you would also add to this thread by telling me that you are going. If you would rather keep it private, than please PM or e-mail me with your information.

MainStreetUSA (Zac) has graciously agreed to make shirts for the affair. Thank you Zac!!
I will need everyones input on the shirts.

Please indicate in your responses on here if you would like them to be:
Long/Short Sleeve
Specific Color
A specific saying/wording

Please keep in mind that they will have WDWMagic.com Official Meet Dec. 2003 on them. And we are not allowed to have disney characters on them.

Zac will have a thread up where you can vote on the shirts that he will design. You will then order your shirts directly from him by PM. Please make sure that you include all of your information for him including size, name, address etc.

The cost for the shirts will run approx. $25 a piece. This will cover the cost of shipping also.

never stupid...Far better to ask the question that miss out!! As far as the MVMCP, which is what I am assuming that you are talking about?? The tickets were about $33 dollars this year if I am remembering correctly. You can and should prepurchase them and they will mail them to your house. As it is a completely seperate admission media from your regular tickets you do NOT have to have gone into a park that day. You can of course, but it is not a requirement. The only ticket you swipe that night will be specifically the one for the Christmas Party only!! This year that just passed that had offered a dinner package with the tix for the MVMCP and included dinner at the Liberty Tree Tavern, but it wasnt any cheaper than if you had just bought the ticket and paid for dinner seperately. I dont know if i advise that for one reason, there is just som many awesome things going on around the park that you may not want to take the time to have dinner during the Party and miss it. P.S. Bring your video camera and a tripod, I did last year and have a fabulous video of the Christmas Parade!!
And yes Pam Ill be in charge of head count, If everyone wants to either post here or PM Me, give me a number of people going, tentatively where you will be staying, and which Meet looks better for you week 1 or week 2?? and if you would be interested in shirts? Thanks!! Belle

We are trying to get two meets at the MVMCP during the first and second weeks of Dec. The first week on a wed. or Thurs for people leaving on friday and on a mon. or tues for those who will be there for a long weekend or who are leaving towards the end of week two.

Same here! We're going end of Oct early Nov this year instead. Last year we were there first week of Dec.

Hey there all!! It is the morning after and I Am doing OK. MKTiggerman, I would advise that you use the same docotor I used!!! Luckily enough he lives in my apartment building, so if anything went REALLY wrong I could hobble over to his apartment. He was so good about giving me his cell number and everything but a little bit of tylenol and I was fine. I probably didnt need that either but I was being cautious. Dont plan on being able to stand for at least a few hours after the surgery as your toe will be bandaged. Hopefully your situation will be like mine the last time that I went for this. It wasnt so deep nor was it infected so he managed to extract it with no anesthesia and no serious cutting. He put some antibiotic on it(basatracin) and sent me on my way. I didnt even need a bandaid!!! Bottom line is get it looked at as soon as possible. It will be easier the faster that you do this!! Good luck!! Belle

I had this surgery when I was a teenager! You'll never guess what my nickname was?

Saying that you are going to me only means that you will be put on our list for future information to be PM'ed or posted for you. We are not collecting any money nor making any reservations in your name, so if you are in the least bit interested, please speak up!! We'd love to Meet and Greet all our fellow Magic type of people!! Belle

Hi Belle you know I will be there and I will keep a eye out
for a good Hotel deal. If you have iwon you should try there
travel they have all the Hotels in the Disney area.

I already have you down Conntom along with your design preference for shirts, hotel preference and a bunch of other stuff for Pam to refer to. Boy I Am telling you, teach a young lady to use an Excel spreadsheet and see what she does with it!!!! Actually The only thing I Am having any difficulty with now is actually just getting a flight for my trip in May. I am not even looking this far out for December yet otherwise you will routinely pay full fare. I am going to wait until we are a bit closer to book that!! Also any comments about Meet places, meals, entertainment are welcome also!! Let's all work together to make this a great Meet and maybe the start of a tradition!! Belle
