October WDWMagic Meet? Anyone?

Anyone planning a late October trip?

We've been discussing in another thread maybe getting some members together during the Halloween season, possibly meeting up at the Adventurer's Club one night. Anyone up for it?

My dates aren't set for sure yet, but I'll probably be there from October 20th-26th. My AP runs out on the 26th, which is why I can't be at the December meet. :(

Is anyone else out there planning a Halloween/Food & Wine trip? Want to get together and meet some fellow Magics? Post here and we'll see if we can get a meet or two organized!

Thanks so much, Pippa!!! I think that would be awesome if we could change the date. Of course I am partial as the 26th is the only MNSSHP I will be able to make during my trip!! If you guys choose a different night, I will be there!!! Ill even wear my WDWMagic Official Meet T shirt so I can be spotted pretty easily!!! Let me know!!! Belle

Should we say that the AC meet will be on the Monday the 27th instead although whenever we have it there will be someone who can't make it :(

Having said that I am sure there are other meets taking place in October as soooooo many of us are going!

So who is up for the 27th at the AC around 9pm, don't be shy now :p

If the family's up for it after the travel, I'm game. Otherwise maybe I can sneak out on them and meet those still awake afterwards. (I'd love to meet the kids, though...)

Well, I finally got my reservations made...and they're for Oct. 19-25! So I can't do the Adventurer's Club on the 26th!! Sorry Pippa! (And that was the genesis of this entire thread!) But I'll be looking out for whoever's there during those days. I'm like Pippa...chances are I'll be at the Adventurer's Club nearly every night (or at least until my 5 days for $5 pass runs out), so I'll see anyone who wants to meet during those days. I'll post again once we've decided on our MNSSHP day and bought those tix, but for now, here's my revised info, Bagheera:

It won't be? Is this recent info? The best Trick or Treat stations were back there last year! It'll be kinda sad not to go back there and trick or treat at Mickey & Minnie's houses. :(

Well, Bagheera, it is my intention to ditch the hubby and kids who will be tired and grouchy anyway. :lookaroun :lol: (yes, mostly the hubby) I'm still debating over it. We'll see. Anyway, I believe our plan is to meet at the WS entrance and decide from there where to go. Let me know if you're interested in meeting up. :wave:

Toontown was closed in 2001 but it was open and had the best candy last year (2002).

Well, I'm not too certain yet. I think what we'd decided is at the entrance to world showcase, and depending on how big of a group there is we can decide from there where to go to see the show. But so far all I know for sure is me and WDWfreak53. (brian) Anybody else?
