October WDWMagic Meet? Anyone?

Anyone planning a late October trip?

We've been discussing in another thread maybe getting some members together during the Halloween season, possibly meeting up at the Adventurer's Club one night. Anyone up for it?

My dates aren't set for sure yet, but I'll probably be there from October 20th-26th. My AP runs out on the 26th, which is why I can't be at the December meet. :(

Is anyone else out there planning a Halloween/Food & Wine trip? Want to get together and meet some fellow Magics? Post here and we'll see if we can get a meet or two organized!

It appears that the new BF and I will be meeting friends from gayday.com for the Food and Wine Festival. We'll be there from 10/20 to 10/26 . . .

I'm all set for Oct. 18 - 25. Other than remembering to turn off the lights and shut down the computer, I'm ready to go! :lol:

Thanks, Belle! I actually met him at Gay Days. So far so good. He's in L.A. and I'm in Dallas, but he's visiting soon. Keep your fingers crossed for me . . .

I certainly will do that!!!! I Am such a sucker for a happy ending!!! I cant seem to manage the same for myself though, but living in the big city does have its perks. Yesterday they had the 2004 Fire Department Calendar release and most of the firemen who appeared in the calendar on hand to sign it at the South Street Seaport in NYC!!!!! I work 2 blocks from there!!! WOW!!!!! They guys were really nice about putting up with us too!!! Maybe you and your beau can help me find a Prince of my own?? Belle:D :D

I'd love to! Unfortunately the only guys I know in the NYC area are gay . . .

yeah a lot of the guys that I know in the NYC area are gay also!!! Probably a big part of my problem!!! Actually I just dont get to be too social here in NYC so I dont meet many new people. Such is life I guess!! I do like guys from Texas and I am sure they would be taller than most of the men we have around here. Isnt that the old saying that everything is bigger in Texas? But I am not into a long distance relationship. Oh well!!! Hope to meet you guys anyhow during October!!! Belle

I've got a single 6-foot-tall friend in Queens who's a DVC member, but he's early in a new relationship, so I can't in good conscience try to break that up for you. Sorry, Belle. Besides, he comes with some emotional baggage.

I do appreciate you thinking of me though Bagheera, That is so sweet of you!!!!!!My sister and brother in law live in Queens, although I am still pretty limited on what I know in that borough. Trying to figure out a type for me is damn near impossible though. I am kinda all over the map there. For example I usually go for lighter guys ( Blonde hair etc) but I think Jamie from Off Kilter over by the Canada Pavilion is just adorable...huh?? I guess I just go with whatever happens to appeal at the moment for whatever reason.... Best guess Ive got anyhow.
