No steam trains at MK today no word why

The only thing that would effectively stop all the trains(they have 4 main engines, 1 extra one) is the track being worked on........either maintenance or work in the area of the new FL.

I seriously doubt they're doing (routine or planned) maintenance NOW during such a peak time. Last week EVERY stop was jam-packed with people. Must be some sort of emergency repair/issue.

Incorrect. They only have 3. The Lilly Belle has been out of commission since 2009 and is currently in Pennsylvania.

I heard that they found some rotting wood on the tracks. I dunno how long that would take to fix, but it's just what I heard.
