It wasn't made new for D+, what the biz calls "an original." It's a Disney Jr. Channel show.

And now, I expect someone will immediately post a counter-example...

I figure that would be "an" explanation, but it still seems strange that an "original" program made by Disney would be considered "acquired" as if they paid for it.
