I am really excited about this game today. Since it's after midnight the game is today. I watched the broadcast of the Ice Bowl 4 times this week. Anyways no matter what happens today Dallas has already had a really good season. They also have done far better than I thought they would do before the season started. However if Dallas wins today that will make everything so much better. If they win today that will be the biggest win that they have had in years.

Here are some keys for Dallas getting the win today.

1. Well first of all Green Bay has not been that successful was stopping the run. Dallas has a good running game. So I'm thinking that Dallas can be really successful with running the football today. Also if the Green Bay defense is trying very hard to stop the run that might could leave extra room for someone like Dez Bryant to make a big play.

2. Also Tony Romo has been good with time of possession. The longer that Tony Romo and the Dallas offense has the football the less time that Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay offense has the football. Keep Aaron Rodgers off the field as long as possible. This will also help our defense out by giving them a lot more rest. Also the longer that Tony Romo and the Dallas offense is on the field the more likely it will be that they will score more points.

3. Don't make big mistakes. Don't turn the football over. Hold onto that the football like it's gold.

Much better analysis than most of the "keys to the game" comments I ever hear on ESPN/FOX/NBC/CBS!

Go Cowboys!

What a bogus, BS reversal against the Boys. That was a terrible, game changing call that ended the Cowboys season.

EDIT: after calming down, I still can't see where that wasn't a catch... Maybe a catch and runs with a fumble but still a catch. How on earth did that get overturned?

Are the officials getting worse? Is that possible?

I was driving, so listening on the radio and still haven't seen it. But the radio announcers predicted it would be overturned after watching the replays. They thought it was the right call, FWIW.

Three steps and reaching for the end zone when the ball bobbled isn't typically an incomplete pass, normally they would call it a reception and fumble.

I watched it after the fact and without any biased commentary and I thought it was incomplete too. The crash to the ground is really still in his act of the catch.. Not after he's had control and made a football move

Okay I don't know if he Dez Bryant caught the football at the end of the game or not. I have not looked into it that closely to tell if it looks like it should count as a catch or not. Also even if we would've scored a touchdown who's to say that Green Bay would not have scored a touchdown after that. Also Dallas did make some mistakes during this game.

What I don't understand is why some people have to start saying bad things about Dez Byrant and calling him a crybaby and all that stuff. Dez Bryant is just passionate about the game. I can also understand why Dez Bryant would be upset that the call was reversed. I am very happy that Dez Bryant is a Cowboy!

I will put this out there right away: I am a Packers fan, so I might be biased, but I agree with the play being overturned. Sam Shields was able to knock the ball loose after Bryant caught the ball first, then Bryant regained control on the way down. Then Bryant lost control of the ball when it hit the ground. He did not maintain possession throughout the process, therefore it's an incomplete pass. The question of whether that should be a rule is up for debate, but following the rule book, it is not a completion. Just ask Calvin Johnson.

But overall this was a poorly officiated game. Both teams had bad calls against them, along with a lot of no-calls on holds. There were at least 4 holds from the Cowboys O-line that were obvious and weren't called. I didn't watch Green Bay's O-line enough to notice any because I was watching Rodgers more than anything. But overall bad officiating, but they got it right in the end. Even Mike Pereira said so.
