Earlier this week they were debating whether or not the reason so many teams are reluctant to sign Tebow is because of his pop star following & media circus...or the fact he just isn't that good. What are your thoughts? I personally think the reason mostly is because of his below mediocre skill on the field, rather than the whole media brigade.

The media brigade never stopped recruitment before. Bo knows...

A headliner name attracts fans, which increases merchandise and attendance...it makes no sense for them not to want Tebow, unless it's the fact he's disappointing on the field.

Of course, it could be that he played for UF. I mean, it's not like he's a Manning brother! (Go big Orange!)

Mainly the skill level, but I don't think some teams want all the media attention either, because they already have the fans and revenue. Teams like the Packers, Steelers, etc just don't want that kind of constant media attention. But first and foremost, his skill level is pretty low.

To all you Atlanta Falcons fans, here are concept designs for a new stadium that could be built by 2017.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap10...a-falcons-stadium-concepts-a-peek-into-future

I think some of these things sound amazing.
Hopefully it will REALLY be state of the art this time. Centennial Olympic Stadium (now known as Turner Field) was supposed to be, but the money just wasn't there.

The rumor is there will be a PSL involved for anyone who wants to be a season ticket holder.Hopefully that PSL price will be high enough, along with the suite and other revenue to really do this thing right.

I think it's a combination of both. I've always believed that Tebow would've been signed by another team in a heartbeat if teams really thought he could play in the NFL. But teams are avoiding him because he brings too much baggage both on and off the field. On the field, teams will have to adjust their offense drastically just make sure Tebow can actually run it because you can't fit a square in a round hole and that's very true in football. It also doesn't help if you don't have the basic skill set for the NFL level. Off the field, it's unwanted distraction and taints the whole notion of "team first". btw, it does make me think that John Fox's decision to start Tebow in that 2011 season was a PR move to please the fans because if he really hated Tebow, he would've picked Brady Quinn to replace Kyle Orton as starter that year.

I remember watching that stadium being built. It was such an amazing structure as the Olympic stadium, and I guess still is today as T. Field. But it certainly could have been so much more.

Right on! The Olympics gave us BOTH the Dome and Turner Field....we had to build the Dome to have any chance for our bid to get the Games...

So this isn't real NFL news, but I find it funny.

Former NFL WR Keyshawn Johnson was leaving a party Sunday night, and he noticed Justin Bieber driving his Ferrari down the street at "breakneck speeds." Johnson dropped his child off at home, then went to Bieber's home (in the same neighborhood) to talk to Bieber. When Johnson arrived, Bieber hid from him and Johnson called the police, too. I don't know what happened with the police being involved.

Then, former Rams' running back, Eric Dickerson (also a HOFer, and record holder for most rushing yards in a single season) took to Twitter to say this:

"I live in Calabasas too and @justinbieber needs to slow his down"

Dickerson later took to Twitter again:

"Hey @justinbieber I use to have a white Ferrari too, but I knew the speed limit in neighborhoods where kids played."

With the second tweet, Dickerson displayed a picture of his Ferarri.

Just all kind of funny if you ask me, and I hate Justin Bieber, so there ya go folks! :D

Back during the season, I thought some of the insiders were crazy for thinking Tebow would go to the Pats but now they're right about that! McDaniels is the guy who drafted Tebow in the first place so he has a good relationship with him. I doubt they'll use him. For a goal line offense, maybe, for the purpose of sticking it to Rex Ryan and the Jets for those two games in the season perhaps. But Ryan Mallett has got to be ticked about that. He was drafted to be the Aaron Rodgers of New England after Brady. Now they bring in Tebow. Well, he's going to have extra motivation to hold that the backup spot! When Brady retires, who knows who will be the QB?

I think they'll try and use him as a TE since theirs are always injured. Maybe as a HB or FB too.

The media is a buzz everywhere about it. It was nonstop at ESPN Club tonight. A CM joked with me about it.

Joe Flacco said today that he doesn't know 90% of our players. I guess they've shaken things up a bit since the Superbowl. Oh well. They were an aging bunch and we figured this would be a rebuild year

The Jaguars have announced new renovations that will be made to their stadium (EverBank Field). The plans include new endzone scoreboards measuring 55 by 301 feet, the largest of their kind in the world. The plans also include a platform area with swimming pools.

Sounds pretty neat. Too bad they don't have fans that will use these features.
