Man, this hurts. Impressed that we were still able to run the ball with eight men in the box. The Bears knew we wanted to run it, and we were able to for the most part. But boy... tough.

I'm really excited for Eddie Lacy. The Packers have an elite RB on their hands imo and he might be the best draft decision I made in fantasy this year.

Aaron Rodgers update (kinda, more speculation to try and get me to not worry):

Mike McCarthy says there has not been an official diagnosis and more tests need to be run. This, though, would ultimately rule out a broken collarbone, since a x-ray (which was done in the locker room) would have shown the injury right away. Now McCarthy might have just been keeping it hush-hush, but if he's telling the truth, then this is somewhat a sense of optimism (though it could go the other way). Two reports came out during the 3rd quarter saying that he broke/fractured his collarbone, and one report said that he probably had an AC something, and he wouldn't miss time. Although no information was released during the game, so I don't know how they came to these conclusions. I hate the wait-and-see game.

Rodgers out for up to 3 weeks with a broken collarbone. Well my chances of wining my fantasy league hagve no dropped. My backups jay cutler. I have 0 faith in him but maybe he can prove me wrong.
Well at least he will probably be out when the Packers play the Giants.

In need of a QB, and I don't know which one to go with, so I figured id get your takes on it. Which QB out of these should I go with?
Eli Manning, Jay Cutler, Ben Roethlisberger, Nick Foles, Case Keenum or Mike Glennon? Those are the best QB options I have. I'm leaning towards Cutler right now.

Depends if Cutler plays. I think he is the best option if healthy.

Next three games for the Packers are the Eagles, Giants, and Vikings. And possibly the Lions game on Thanksgiving since it's a short week. Tough stretch there, but hopefully Wallace can get better after taking reps this week.

Rodgers out with broken collarbone, which is a pain to heal in full. He's going to be out awhile unless he comes back not 100% which after their backups putrid performance last night he going to have to. Look for the Bears to take over the division with the Packers stinking up the joint until Rodgers returns.

Jimmy Thick- My guess, Rodgers out 5 weeks at least.

If this was last season I would agree with you. But with our running game (which is looking like the best in the league right now) I think we have a shot against the Eagles, Giants, and Vikings. If he only misses three weeks, which is what initial reports are suggesting, then I think there is still hope for the Packers to win the division. Plus, I can't imagine Seneca Wallace not improving since he will have almost a full week to prepare as starter (since he has gotten very few reps in practice according to McCarthy). The NFC North race has gotten interesting in the past 24 hours, though, I will not lie.

Definately one of the more interesting divisions this year. Minus the Vikings all the teams have a shot at the playoffs in that division

So there's still no timetable for Rodgers' return, but Mike McCarthy says they are in a "week-to-week" mindset with him. He suffered a fracture to the clavicle.

In other Packers news, Jermichael Finley was placed on IR (along with a backup linebacker), and OT Derek Sherrod has been activated from the PUP list. Sherrod hasn't played since 2011 against the Chiefs where he suffered a broken leg that required multiple surgeries.

Good news for Gary Kubiak. He was released from the hospital today after suffering a transient ischemic attack or TIA.

From ESPN: "It occurs when blood flow to the brain is briefly interrupted, typically by a blood clot or narrowed blood vessels. TIAs are often called mini-strokes and can cause stroke-like symptoms including sudden dizziness, numbness, vision loss or unconsciousness, though symptoms last only a few minutes or a few hours and no permanent brain damage occurs. TIAs are often warning signs for a future stroke."

@PUSH, think the Packers will add Matt Flynn anytime soon? I mean, yeah, he hasn't played but I presume he knows the system much better than Seneca Wallace does.

I don't think so. The Packers have Scott Tolzien on the practice squad, and they really like him and view him as they viewed Flynn a couple years ago. It could happen though, but my guess is not - unless Wallace gets injured, then it would be much more likely. Also, Wallace has been in a west coast offense his entire career, and that's what we run, so I think Wallace just needs some reps and he will improve hopefully. Can't replace Rodgers, though.
