It wouldn't so bad if there was one of those as well.

I'll say I again.... Motives aside, a lot of issues with this whole project is it wouldn't be so bad if it were icing on a perfect cake. If two billion had also been spent improving and adding to all the parks it'd be easier to swallow. The way things are heading, each park will need two billion of fixes and additions.
