What you posted is an overpainting of the existing plaza post-remodel to show off the beacon effect. It is not concept artwork of the plans for the remodel itself. The actual concept artwork in fact shows no trees directly against Spaceship Earth, but it's all subject to change, of course.

Brand new entrance music. It currently uses music from films/documentaries. Allegedly it is a temporary place holder for an eventual even newer entrance loop that will premiere once more of “new” Epcot opens.

Ok, I have no way of knowing which one of those was the final decision and which one wasn't. That said, however they may very well remove the trees in front of the flags toward SSE. In fact, I was wondering why they were there at all since the "lights" are going to be a show and the trees, like they did to the view of the Castle, block the view of some of the light show. I think they decided along the line that it was better to look at a few low level trees than the buildings so they put the trees in place. Who Knows! Somewhere along the process they changed their mind and altered the plans to put those trees in. One didn't survive the transplant, but they will never let the non-symmetric view continue very long. And those tall palms would not hide the buildings just the upper parts of SSE ruining the light effects. Now before everyone gets their knickers in a knot, I don't know. I have no inside information source, just thoughts about what I would have done in the same situation. I might be wrong or I might be right... time will tell.

Just as a side note, those to art pieces are at drastically different angles and degrees of focus on the areas. I'm not sure they aren't showing the same thing from a different angle. If you look at the one you posted there isn't any place to even plant trees in front of the flags. All the trees are on the center fingers of land identifying the paths. Those that we see in the front might just be optically in the same place in either drawing.

There's no illusion with regard to the angle going on. In reality, the current trees are in the rear planter, where the flags are shown in the concept art I posted. The flags are actually one planter in front of that. So they've made changes along the way (or the art was simply representative and not intended to be wholly accurate). Additionally, your post seems to indicate that you believe the trees were transplanted recently and that one did not survive. In fact, these trees are a remnant of the previous entrance plaza and have not been moved at all during the renovation. There were originally four, and they've been looking haggard for a while; one already died a while ago, and they've apparently chopped down another that was looking particularly sickly, leaving us with two in an unbalanced arrangement.

I've never seen that before!! and now, they must be taking shape on the 3 sections of "Future World" by changing the name into "World Celebration", "World Nature" and "World Discovery" and "World Showcase" are here to join the 3 new neighborhoods at EPCOT for the completion of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary celebration, since I found and see the concept art for EPCOT's transformation in D23 Expo 2019 presentation, when I want to see a sneak preview!!

And here's how it looks at the concept art for the 4 different paths of the map of EPCOT's transformation:

You see? This is where it all began to see a vision of the future about a sneak peek of "World Celebration", "World Nature", "World Discovery" and "World Showcase" at EPCOT and it's all because of palm trees and plants!!! Even, that was pays tribute to all of them in EPCOT's transformation!! So, the when I saw it in my dreams, the journey has finally just begun!! And we've just begun to dream!!!

Yea the palm trees underneath look great but they're doomed either way. If they don't grow they'll die but if they do happen to grow they'll just mush right into the base of the sphere.
I'm more interested to see what they'll end up putting behind and on the upper sides of SSE

Honest question: When you're leaving World Showcase and heading back into the area of Spaceship Earth, what do you call it? I think people will be hard pressed to make the distinction among World Celebration/Nature/Discovery and just say they're in Future World.
