The building in the concept art is much too far away from Imag to be Magic Eye. Also Magic Eye has a slanted roof whereas this mysterious building looks to have a flat roof. Most likely somewhere in WS.

Maybe, but from that angle, any further "back" would be in the middle of the water... (again, I realize that concept art is not always to scale, but if you compare the existing structures to the same perspective seen in Google Earth, just about everything is more or less spot on with regards to size, scale, perspective, and location)

On the other side of the lagoon would mean a big box on top of the American and/or Japan pavilions (from this perspective).

I wonder what's going on behind SSE? Which is highlighted in blue. Could it possibly be the redesigned area for Future World since there's more greenery and trees.
