I don't see why it wouldn't be
Logic would say that's a bad idea though. Having fastpass only viewing for a show that looks like it's a fantasmic spectacle doesn't spell well for guest complaints and otherwise. Unlike Wishes, Fantasmic, And illuminations it doesn't look like viewing area's for this show is as abundant as the other night time finales.

i have a question about the seating area, will there be 2 seating areas one located on the dinoland side of discovery river and the other being on the Asia side of the river? Looking at the concept art, the tree of life is behind the performance so I'm assuming the show will not be viewable from discovery island. Hopefully they will keep the bridge between Asia and dinoland open so people can watch from there too.

Yeah there are two seating areas in both places you mentioned.

So is seating going to be fastpass + only?

It rumor is that the seating will be FP+ and dining packages only. For just walk up guests, they will need to just stand behind that area. It's not clear how much of a view is available from elsewhere or what the capacity would be like, but I'm definitely concerned about the potential crowds. They will likely need to do multiple shows a day, which will get problematic in the summer with longer daylight hours.

that is unhygienic.. so they will probably throw water using their hands and buckets..
Hey, if it's good enough for Tokyo...

Yes, that's actually a CM standing on the landing tossing a bucket of water into the audience

They also chase people in the "dry" area with hoses...

And even the characters get in on the fun

Don't forget the "Cool The Heat" water show in front of the Castle at Tokyo Disneyland that was there years ago. You don't see any other Disney park doing stuff like that.

I can name dozens of football players, and baseball players that make close or more money than Iger, and they do a heck of a lot less. Just saying.

Heck, Lanny Poffo was paid a fortune in pro wrestling terms by World Championship Wrestling, and he never wrestled a single match. That's actually just one of many, many reasons why the company was bought for a fraction of a fraction of what it was once worth by Vince McMahon just a few short years later.

I suppose the joke of the image flew over your head.
The point is, almost any trick is used to monetize the Disney parks.
Like getting people wet, while selling expensive ponchos right next to the whole thing (and not weather related).
And We were talking as Iger's (as in his office, not his house.. aka, the coffers of the Walt Disney Company )

I will never understand people that complain all the time on this web site. First it was that there should be no seating at all like the shows in Disneyland. Now it is that some people without dinner package or Fast Passes may be standing. I saw the construction site when I was there last month and this whole projects looks like it is going to be first class. Why can we not wait for it to open before we start complaining about it?

Yay pictures!! Yay WDW!!! Yay Japan! (Where, by the way, the outrageous ponchos are about $8, and sold on nearly every street corner rain or shine!) ;)
