This thread is totally out of control :) It's like a car wreak, you shouldn't click view when you see an update but you can't help yourself
We will be down at WDW the first of December and hope the show is up and running, if not, we will enjoy DAK at night without it and catch it next time. Thanks to the insiders for sharing what is going on with this frustrating wait for the debut of this show.

The hits just keep on coming. In the meantime, I just keep checking for a 9 Dec fastpass to no avail.

Disney used to hold theirselves to their own high standards. Now since "very few people notice" it's okay to leave something broken? Imagine if Thundermountain was meant to have a complete earthquake scene too.

Back to RoL then. Six months on. Still not open. No APs, general CMs or Golden Oak previews yet. There's your news.

Sadly In six months we'll probably STILL be wondering when will RoL open

It might be AP only, it might be right place right time, they might even have a sign up.

If it's sign ups that would be listed on the passholder page under events and special offers correct? Last AP sign ups that I can remember was for new fantasyland.. which if my memory serves me correctly was a system nightmare for the passholder department lol.

The best would be if they start previews but space is so limited that the die hards who post about RoL on forums and who have been waiting for months are at the park but can't get in.

Does the average Disney parkgoer know/care about this enough to actively look for this (assuming preview invites are dispersed in-park)? I think the method that previews will be made available is just as important as when they start for the crazies like us looking to squeeze into the previews in a venue with limited capacity.

Edit: If this really does come out Nov 14, then early November visitors are really SOL with more than ROL. :p Theyre already closing SW fireworks for those first two weeks to prep for the new holiday show at DHS which opens mid Nov. Opening ROL right after that gap as well would really be the final evidence I need to confirm that Disney is out to get me regarding night shows.

SW Fireworks go up until the 12th and then the new show starts 2 days later

Really? I thought they stopped the 4th? I'll have to check my app again, thanks!
Yup, on the desktop website the last showing listed in 8PM on the 12th. They updated it about a week ago when the new Holiday show was announced! I've been checking for info on SW constantly because I haven't seen it yet and I'll be down there mid-January (hopefully it'll be back up by then)
