The construction walls that were up have come down - photos from today:

Is that good, or bad for this lounge? I’m sure it’ll happen, but the whole idea of “updates coming to spaceship earth next” have come into question as of late, so IDK. I’m sure im overreacting.

Side tangent. The whole switch up for the SSE talk has me curious, because it seemed so certain in the past, although i know that’s how projects work sometimes. Isn’t the ride system in serious need of help and “on a ticking clock”? If so, why would they suddenly push it off again? And what else could replace it in the lineup, if anything? Just a big bag of questions.

I am guessing completing the lounge is top priority as the margins for Alcohol sales is the highest other than LL sales.

I’m sure, but I dont see how that would affect a spaceship earth overhaul that much. Apples to oranges. But yeah more alcholol sales at Epcot would kinda make sense as a priority, to your point. Still my questions stand.

Maybe that “SSE and Figment by EPCOT 50” goal isnt a thing anymore? Maybe something ate it’s budget? I dunno.

They needed it done so the vloggers can have their new Soy Face ready when they post their
"I ordered EVERYTHING at SSE's new bar!" video...

BlogMickey's pictures in their article shows it better, but the windows directly to the left of this entrance are still covered in scrim, I'd wager they use that as the main entry point for delivering materials with a boom lift or similar. Plus the fact that there's still a tree on the far right of the planter means they'll for sure swap one back in to that spot
