Scar I did not have an issue with you until today.

When you make mistakes in posts as you have done, just admit it.

I have misread and misposted a few times, and have admitted it.

Once today, right Sir Goofy!;)

I could be wrong. But aren't they changing DCA to Walt Disney's California Adventure?

With that logic..Walt Disney's actual California adventure lead to the creation of World of Color and the Little Mermaid.

I don't think anyone disagrees that DCA was a mistake..but they are sure doing a good job fixing it..

As far as I know there will be no name change.

Walt Disney's California Adventure was a rumored named for the park. I think it would work well..

is there any way we can somehow get all these posts moved to the DL forum?

Get it right

Maybe Route 66, but Route 66 stretches across most of the western United States. World of Color is inspidered by Disney movies.... YUP, that's DCA right there.

Fail on epic proportions.

The paticular area of Route 66 that is featured in Cars is between Oatman, AZ and Barstow, CA. If you have ever traveled Route 66 in this area you would know this, hence, why it is located in DCA. (And FYI Historic Route 66 starts below Chicago and goes West) WOC is loosely tied to Disney's show that ran on Sunday night during Prime Time and Disney Animation. Walt Disney's main animation studio is based out of CA, (I know, I was an intern in the animation studio's during college) as well as their film studio's.

So tell me junior, why don't they fit in DCA???

I think the Walt Disney's tag should be applied only to things he started or worked on. IMHO.

so.. what about all the movies done after his death? Should we take his name off all those DVDs? What about the Walt Disney Studios in Paris. Walt didn't start that either

so.. about the new Fantasy Forest... :lookaroun

If it's Walt Disney's CA then WoC CLEARLY fits. Cars and TLM would fit to a certain point, enough for me? Not necesarily 100%, but enough to make it alright. TLM is a classic Disney Animation Studios (AA should be by Animation building showing off one of their greatest creations). Ignoring Cars, I feel I've lost that argument fairly. I've never been on Route 66.

I wonder if Dumbo will be in this, hopefully, subland, because it doesn't really fit that Fantasy Forest (or at least that forest part, but neither does Ariel :veryconfu) Meh, whatever. What a whirlwind night.

WHAT?

They're going to rename Disney's California Adventure to Fantasy Forest?

That doesn't make a whit of sense, nor does the new
Dark Ride, Cinderella III. There is no Cinderella I or II ride. People
won't get it. They just can't skip two rides like that. Talk about
trying to build parks on the cheap, skipping two rides.

And what does Paradise Pier have to do with a Forest anyway?
Bad theming.
