Are you being facetious?

Did you forget about the 6 daily shows at MK?
Did you forget about SWW and Frozen Summer? Thats almost half of the year right there that a giant temporary stage was constructed anyway. We also don't know what the plans are for HS in the future.

Now if you want to complain about a stage- let's complain about epcot. Do we need a permanent structure there for one month a year?
MK and HS at least use the heck out of theirs and have massive crowds
I am certainly not being facetious.
There is a place for shows, I guess...but in front of important structures? That's not the place.

It's all about placement.

The crowds that gather, the actors on the stage...
Not to mention the audio and pyro intrusions.

Shows belong in theaters.

I like the outdoor shows now and then, although I agree with you about ruining views and vistas, and creating crowds where they cause problems. I actually think the outdoor stage in Tomorrowland is the right way to do this kind of thing. It's visible but not in the way of anything, and can create some energy in the area. Now if they would just run a decent show there, we might have something!

there will be a stage, but it will be 'different'.. what I meant by 'think of it like "The Hub"' is that Center Stage will be the reference point of the center of the park..
It will be positioned slightly off. The front stage view will be sponsored by FOXNEWS as the "Just Right of Center Stage" and the opposite side will be sponsored by MSNBC as the "Just left of Center Stage". Sorry, MSNBC, but you will have to live with the backside. . .
