Lots of ways to break up a restaurant without the need for multiple levels that most restaurant workers hate, and makes the restaurant less accessible.
Of course, which is what I said. They have other options (even though multiple levels are often the best from a visual design standpoint).
It remains to be seen if they actually took any of those options, though, or if they just turned it into a giant open floor space to maximize seating and thus revenue.
I'm very curious to see the interior reveal.
