I have some possibly good news....

After 3 years without a contract (aka, no raise, and actually a pay cut for us), DH might have a new contract before school starts!

Pay raise - probably, but co-pay on our health insurance will probably balance that out. We're hoping for a retroactive raise too - the union votes on Thursday night, but DH won't be around, so we probably won't know anything 'til Monday.

That would really be great!

We're not counting on it, but rumor's are flying about it! I'll be happy if we at least stop backsliding, but a pay raise would be great!
