The Muppets pre-parade should begin on January 4th, 2010. Miss Piggy and Kermit will be riding on a fire truck or one of the Main Street vehicles. Sweetums will also be in the parade. There will be a group of construction worker dancers as well.

Tiana's Showboat Jubilee will definitely be closing in January. I have heard that it may come back at some point....possibly when the DVD is to be released.

Sounds plausible. That's when they usually do preparades and the like.

wh00t for Muppets...Boo for loosing Tiana. Why not make something like that permanent? The Movie and the music was great.

Dang was hoping it would be extended, hope those who saw it had a good time though.

Will both Naveen and Tiana continue to do meet and greets?

Here maybe. It's been cited as the weak point in reviews, and I tend to agree. Although I can't wait to see the movie(don't know when it'll happen, Avatar comes first), the music doesn't come close to touching any of the classics(or even sort of classics like Hercules).

We actually compared to Herc when we left the theater.


I put it on the level of above Herc, and right below Mulan. Seriously good movie, though. I was thrilled to see this level of quality back in their work.:D


And the opening sequence totally got me...:eek:

I agree. looks like a quality movie. I doubt I'll like it better than Herc, which is a personal favorite, but I'm sure it'll be good.

As I was watching the movie, I kept thinking someone needs to build Tiana's Place somewhere in WDW. Maybe it was all that talk about gumbo making me hungry. But I would so eat there.
