Wasn't there talk of a refresh on the exterior of Muppet*Vision 3D? Does this permit relate to that?

This could also be for the new entrance to Muppet Courtyard.

I think you'll like it. But don't expect huge changes. It's still a big box.

It was a nice focal point while it lasted. I get why they had to move it, but I hope that they didn't just throw it in a trash pile somewhere.

Oddly enough the fountain is still on the map though. Did we ever determine if that's going away permanently or if it's ever coming back?

I think the understanding is that the pump house for the fountain had to be moved for construction. Once the new pump house is built the fountain will return.

My parents brother and sister in law are down there right now and they sent me a picture, it shows a construction wall up in muppets court yard. Sorry if someone already posted it, I didn't see the wall in a previous picture.

Nice to see they cut down those trees. Now we have a better perspective of what this area will look like in the future. The absence of the ballon still saddens me though. The design of the Muppet-Vision facade looks a bit thrown off without it. They need to alter the top of the clock tower so it doesn't look like an obvious platform for something.
