Old timey production equipment is literally at the heart of what make the Muppets what they're all about. It is difficult to think of a time where the characters aren't "putting on a show" or "making a movie".

It's not that one is complaining so much as it is that I don't think anyone is even sure that it is done. The first time the showed it it only had the fish, the second it had other things. What makes everyone think that they are not going to get back into it again. Maybe they won't, but, I sure as heck don't know that. How do you?

we were at DHS tonight and people were getting in line to get their picture taken by the fountain. It looks good in person.

I mean it certainly has a more elegant look to it, which I think fits the Grand Park theme better, but it's not Muppets. The Muppets are all about chaos, and the old fountain captured that quite well.

I’m not defending them completely. Just agreeing that I liked it before. Imo it looks a bit empty now.

Classic 'to each his own'. We'd have several negative comments if they added figures to the fountain! It would have ruined the classic, original design,. Or, now it's too busy! Oh, the humanity!

If the absence of Fozzie, Gonzo, and Animal in the fountain is permanent then that's a shame. But I think we can all agree that this is 1000x better than when it was filled with weeds.
