Sorry to burst your bubbles, but the construction walls were for the removal of the carpeting and wood-shaped tile floor was put in its place. No workshop. Sorry!

Are you refering to the big tent in the TV lot? That's for the cheerleading competition that's taking place this month.

It IS right across from Muppets 3D, but the picture doesn't lend much information. It seems to be blocking off Dopey Dr. (access to back of TGMR), but I think that's been blocked off for a long time.

i am glad they are doing this is wdw but warning its quite expensive. Here in NYC its $130 for one so I dont know about getting one for your kids on a whim.

When i was at studios on 1/23 that room in the shop was open and filled with merch, seems like the floor was replaced though.

Like I said earlier, the only thing that's changed is the floor. The carpet was replaced by tile.
