But also you would think that when Steve Davison was in town while they were making Luminous they would have tried to at least make it a little better since, ya know he was the head creative behind that parade.

I don't think Steve Davidson pays the FOF Cast....The FOF Floats still work most of the time. It's just needs the full Cast.....even without Brave.
