Most Magical Proposal Ever! (Well one of..)

Either make it more hidden camera and spontaneous looking or pump up the production value and make it super Disney, with Tinkerbell flying out of the ring box as the guy is kneeling dressed as Prince Charming. They shouldn't have tried for a mix of Pizza Hutt hidden camera and Broadway musical.

Disney of all companies should know this. Walt said it himself when talking about animation, you exaggerate and then you exaggerate some more. I think it applies in this case; they shouldn't have aimed for the middle.

I'm scratching my head at the fact that they used a "proposal" to talk about the new up and coming shows/etc for the summer.

Now I could see two CM's who were getting married do something similar to this zany idea if they were able to pull some strings. Especially using a megaphone to stop everyone on Main Street. Actually that was my first thought when I watched it. I thought it was cute right up until the singing began and that lady dashed out from the crowd. :dazzle:

I thought it could have possibly been real until that lady came running out from the crowd and the singing started:lol::lol: I think it would have worked better and been more believable without the singing and dancing.

That was the Most Painful Proposal Ever. I know it's Disney, but the bad acting, spontaneous singing, humming the Electric Parade theme and cheesiness made me die a little inside.

To be honest, I feel... sick.

Yes, that was the worst I think.

I hate it when a company patronizes themselves in the WRONG way.

Yes
I watched about 2 mins of it and turned it off. Anyone who would want to get proposed to like that is insane, or in pretty big need of attention.

I thought it was quite entertaining. Staged or no. But if I proposed like that, I'm pretty confident she'd be dead before it was over. :ROFLOL:

Come to think of it..the girl saying "No" would have been a HILARIOUS way to top this video off
I half want someone to re-create this with the woman acting completely embarassed and trying to walk away
