sheesh you people are all fanbois just cut the darn branch off a new one will grow its no big deal the tree won't even feel a thing you treehugging hippies cut your hair and get a job
It's not that easy...

The paperwork for pruning a tree is exorbitant these days.

First you must conduct an environmental impact study... then submit it in triplicate to RCID...

Then they must put the job out for bid... then file a work permit with Orange county.

You should see what they go through to cut the grass!

Once we're all given our own safety ball, chunks o' attractions can fall at us whenever they desire. Plus, the balls with have RFID tags on the exterior so you won't have to exit to make purchases.

There's steel within the cement branches; a crack like this would indicate flexing - there's apparently a heavy planter suspended from it which won't help the matter. Probably cosmetic, but depends on how deep it is... It won't be getting better. Injecting epoxy or hydraulic cement might fix it right up.
As someone previously mentioned, this is Disney old school construction. All they need to do is slap a little Bondo on the crack, sand it smooth, and repaint. :D

Actually, for the folk who fail the new "Hardcore Habit Heroes" game, they will be issued a scooter that will be covered with a stainless steel roof to protect from falling projectiles. Those who stay off property will be openly mocked when chunks of attraction injure them whilst those in deluxe resorts will be encourage to knock the moderate/value "ball people" aside as they whiz around on their hover carts, the true titans of the guests.

I think TDO is waiting for it to fall so that they can immediately close it for "refurbishment" at which point it will never reopen or a vastly inferior attraction will take it's place.

Gotta say, Goofini supplies some fun thrills. You are so right. But not only a simulator. Disney has engineered two of the greatest theme park simulators (both at Epcot) of all time. It's time to merge the simulator and dark ride experience, and do it in a way the ground-breaking competitor, never has before. Though adventurelands rides are timeless. I just feel like this needs to be done SOMEWHERE.
It's called Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey

Really? Last time I checked, Disney didn't build Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. That was Universal. The competitor that I was taking about....
that's exactly the point. disney's competitor built that ground-breaking dark ride simulator

The whole point of my post was that Uni merged the dark ride and the simulator and Disney needs to do the same thing in an even better way. Not that that's going to happen.
